Powered by high-energy music, challenging exercises and the best instructors in Columbia, TigerX makes it easy to meet your exercise needs by giving you a fun and fantastic workout that will keep you engaged and energized.

If you are not already familiar with TigerX, it is a group exercise program offering the latest in fitness programming. Classes are well-structured and tailored to each individual’s unique fitness level.

By using two instructors for most classes, TigerX can demonstrate both high and low-impact movements simultaneously, allowing you to modify your intensity level.

TigerX offers over 90 hours of classes each week. This translates into more opportunities to take a wide variety of classes. From Cardio Salsa to Core Pilates, there is something to fit any schedule and taste. In fact, individuals are encouraged to attend many styles of classes to receive the benefits of cross training.

TigerX takes pride in offering the best classes taught by highly motivated instructors. To ensure safety and a consistent level or professionalism, all instructors are required to become CPR and AFAA certified within nine months of employment.

Due to the difficulty of the classes, individuals are encouraged to participate in Cardio Combat and Fatburner only after gaining sufficient level of experience and knowledge from other classes. If you have any questions about the difficulty of these or other classes, please see your instructor.
