How does the Bod Pod work?
The Bod Pod is a computerized egg-shaped chamber that uses the same principal of Hydrostatic weighing to determine body composition.
The only difference is that the client's volume will be measured by the amount of air that is displaced, not water. The testing procedures
are highly accurate, safe and quick.
How long does the test take?
We schedule a client for 1 hour when they are doing a Bod Pod test. This allows time for set-up, to take baseline measurements, to discuss what the
results mean and to answer questions. The actual test takes less than 5 minutes.
