The MU Rec Trail links the campus to the Nationally Recognized Award Winner City of Columbia's MKT and Nature/Fitness trail system.
You won't find a better facility in the world than what we've got right here at Mizzou. The newly renovated and expanded Student Recreation Complex offers everything you need to maintain a healthy and active life… and we do it in style.
With aspirations to make the new Student Recreation Complex experience more memorable, 100-years worth of buildings were combined and transformed into one community.
Several different leisure neighborhoods give the new Recreation Complex a distinct personality. Inviting and welcoming to all its visitors, the streets of Downtown Brewer mimic the charm of our own downtown Columbia.
The Jungle Gym, Pump Room, 1/6-mile track and the much-anticipated Mizzou Aquatic Center are just a few of the additions that make MizzouRec a great place to practice a healthy lifestyle.
